Agel's Jeff Higginson Offers A Five Step Plan for Success in Agel Enterprises

Mr. Jeff Higginson, Sr. Vice President for North American Sales visited the Denver market and spoke at the weekly ABB on Tuesday and share a very compelling message at a special luncheon for Agel team members on Wednesday.

Jeff shared some great news about Agel's growth and positioning within the industry of network marketing. In addition he issued a challenge for each of us to become accountable for the growth in Colorado and to follow a simple formula to enjoy success in Agel.

Here is a summary:

1. Invest the next few days creating a specific written plan to achieve your goals in Agel.

2. Become qualified for the Cancun Mexico trip by making a decision about the level you will qualify for and the specific actions you will take to achieve the goal.

3. Make a decision to rank advance to Director or one higher rank if you are a Director.

4. Identify your next potential Director among your personally enrolled members and help them rank advance. Once you have accomplished this identify your next Director and help them duplicate this process.

5. Continue to expose the Agel message and constantly enroll new members.

Here are a few thoughts that I would like to share from my perspective. Success in Agel really does come down to making a decision, the bigger your decision the bigger the results. Jeff prescribed a simple plan that will allow each of us to focus at a micro-level in our business; don't worry right now about how to grow your team to a 100 or 1,000, focus on identifying 1 who want to build to Director, pour your energy into helping them accomplish that and then find the second one and continue down that path.

Agel has recently put two benchmarks ahead of us that you can use to build our teams and accomplish our goals. First, utilize the new "Agel Presidents Club" as a motivator and enroll 10 new team members at the Personal Pack or Executive level and earn membership into this exclusive club. Second, review the four qualifying levels for the Cancun Trip and set a goal to be on that trip along with someone you care about. By following Jeff's five steps to momentum you will begin to see your business grow and your belief elevate, which will then empower your prospecting activities.
